Ahmad Jawed is a journalist, poet, columnist, and author from Madhubani, Bihar. His career began in 1982 as a correspondent for Sangam Daily, and has spanned major Urdu and Hindi publications.
His column Fikr-e-Farda — thinking into the future — reflects a sustained engagement with society. He has held editorial roles at Hindustan Express and Inquilab, bringing research and public responsibility into the newsroom.
